For generations mothers all over
the world have known that the soft touch of their hands soothes, calms and
communicates their love for their baby.
The techniques of baby massage are simple and something every parent can
learn. Improving the quality of touch from parent to child is a wonderful
skill to develop and one of the greatest gifts you can give your child.
The tuition combines Swedish and Indian Massage with
Reflexology techniques. Also includes ideas for adapting the routine to
suit older children from toddlers to adolescents, plus special techniques
for relieving colic, constipation & teething. |

Classes are
about one hour a week over four weeks for just
£50 in total.
Group classes are
usually 6 to 8 parents.

week 1
Introductions, oils & creams, benefit, asking baby's permission then legs & tummy
routine. Handouts of the routine will be given each week as new moves are taught. |

week 2 Recap then chest & arm routine and discussions on reading cues &
crying. |
week 3 Recap then face, head & back routine and open
discussions. |

week 4 Routine for easing colic &
constipation. Then ideas for adapting routines for older children. |
